You can register for the Day Camp by mail or online at
→ By mail, you will just need to print the registration form and send it in with a check.
→ Online there is a processing fee for using a credit card.

Refunds will be provided up until one week from the start of the Day Camp
→ Checks will either be sent back or destroyed per your request.
→ If you paid by credit card, you will be refunded the amount of the camp less the processing fee.

Cancellation Policy:

In The Case of Severe Weather:
→ Before day camp has begun: you will receive email notification if we have to cancel that day (no make-up day will be scheduled).
→ During day camp: we will walk all of the campers over to the Shelly Ellig Indoor Track building to wait the storm out or for pick-up by parent or guardian.


If your camper may have to miss a day, please email the Day Camp Coordinator, Karli Kopietz ( We track attendance for numbers / activities purposes, but also for safety reasons as well.


What You Get:
Camp T-Shirt: We will take a camp picture the first day and then we like the campers to wear them the last day (Friday) of camp.
Camp Ball: Please bring this to camp every day (We will write the camper’s name on it the first day).

What To Bring:

Camp ball, shin guards, cleats (preferred, but not required) or tennis shoes, plenty of water, sunscreen, and a small snack.
We will have different theme days throughout the week. We will tell you these the first day of camp (Monday). You will be encouraged to participate, but it is not mandatory.


Please make sure to dress your camper appropriately or send them with proper clothing for what the weather forecast may be. We will play in rain or shine, so please take a look at the forecast each morning.


We Will Have A Certified Athletic Trainer On-Site If Any Injuries May Occur:
If your camper has an allergy or medical condition, please make sure to document this on the registration and send them with proper equipment or medication, if necessary.
